DLL error message in Internet Explorer

Whenever I leave my computer idle I receive an Internet Explorer error in webcheck.dll. What does it mean and can you help me get rid of it?

This error occurs with Internet Explorer 5.0 if the file webcheck.dll has been replaced by an older version. To correct the error, use the Internet Explorer Repair Tool. Open Control Panel, then double-click on Add/Remove Programs. Now select Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 on the Install/Uninstall tab and click the Add/Remove button. On the dialog box that appears, click 'Repair Internet Explorer' and click ok.

If there is no Internet Explorer entry in Add/Remove Programs, you can run the Repair Tool by selecting Start, Run and typing the following command. Make sure you copy it exactly as given, and keep it all on one line.

rundll32 setupwbv.dll,IE5Maintenance "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\Setup\SETUP.EXE" /g "C:\WINDOWS\IE Uninstall Log.Txt"
